Fee Schedule
Bee Social provides a free 30-minute initial consult to determine if we are the best service to help you with your needs. This consultation is via telephone.
Please be advised that all fees include GST and reflect the amount you would owe using Medicare (as I am unable to file for a Medicare rebate) and any time required for paperwork/reports.
Bee Social understands that there may be times when you are under financial strain, if this is the case, please let our practitioner know and they'll explore your options.

Advocacy
Social Work Services - $60 - $100 per 45-minute session.
This service category includes advocation services, referral services, help with emergency accommodation forms and phone calls, information gathering, domestic violence guidance, carer support, disability, and palliative care support.

Counselling and Play Therapy
Face-to-Face - $70 per 1-hour session
Online - $70 per 1-hour session
Couples and family therapy - $100-$150 per 1- hour session, dependent on how
many individuals attend.
This service category includes play therapy for children ages 3-12, individual counselling, family counselling, relationship/marriage counselling, crisis counselling, trauma counselling, and grief and loss counselling.

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
Costs may vary depending on day/time for a 1-hour session for those using NDIS.
NDIS-funded service for self-managed and plan managed.

For those not using NDIS, costs rang from $115 for weekdays and $160 for weekends.
Psychosocial Recovery is an NDIS-funded category for individuals with a psychosocial disability (i.e., depression, anxiety, and PTSD) to help them in their ability to take control of their lives, as well as learn to manage the complex challenges they could face during their daily lives. This category can be used by those without an NDIS plan, too.

Assessments and other needs

$75 per 45-minute session.
This service is for those that require an assessment to be completed regarding Needs and Psychosocial Assessments. Other items included under this category are: Culturagrams, Ecomaps, Genograms, mind maps, and self-assessment of strengths and difficulties.

Diagnosis Acceptance and Guidance
$80 per 45-minute session.
Diagnosis acceptance and guidance is for those who have received a diagnosis and are not certain what the next steps. For instance, a child is diagnosed with Autism and the parent is uncertain what steps should be taken to ensure the best outcomes for their child. This service is also meant for those who do not receive a diagnosis or the one they were hoping to receive.

Social Relationship Coaching -
NDIS available for these sessions dependent on plan management -
$80 for 1 hour

Social Relationship Coaching is for individuals who have trouble with social interactions. For those with Autism this could mean understanding expectations of a new job, a relationship, or even how to approach dating. Social Relationship Coaching can be paid for with certain NDIS codes.

Child and Family Contact

Family contact supervision and report, if needed.

Intake must be completed before contact sessions begin.
Intake - ​$325 Information gathering with both parents prior to Contact Sessions commencing.

$325 for up to 3 hours

Weekends
$380 for Saturday for up to 3 hours
$425 for Sunday for up to 3 hours

Public Holidays
$580 for up to 3 hours

Please be aware that if the contact goes over 3 hours there will be additional fees dependent on day. A signed agreement will be in place regarding the expectations of fees and times.

Family contact supervision at the arranged meeting place, supervised and report available for presentation for court case and/or child protection matters.
